Bellissima casa in stile mediterraneo, a pochi passi dal mare, con piscina privata, giardino mediterraneo, due posti auto e ormeggio privato. Situata nella parte sud-ovest dell'isola di Korčula, Croazia, Villa Nova vi aiuta a vivere l'estate mediterranea.
La villa è una meta ideale per chi cerca un ambiente tranquillo, privato e naturale e ama il mare. Si trova nella baia di Nova sull'isola di Korčula. La villa è composta da piano terra e primo piano. Al piano terra si trovano la cucina, la sala da pranzo con il camino, 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno, un ampio portico, il barbecue e la lavanderia. Al primo piano ci sono il soggiorno con bar e tavolo da biliardo, 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno e un balcone. Il primo piano è a livello stradale e i due posti auto sono facilmente accessibili, mentre il piano terra si raggiunge da un percorso esterno.
Panchine e lettini sono disponibili nel rigoglioso giardino tipo parco con piscina, pergolato e area prendisole. La villa ha il suo ormeggio per le barche.
Tutto il terreno è circondato da un muro di pietra su cui si trova una recinzione in ferro.
Si tratta di una sistemazione ideale per famiglie e amici.
La baia di Nova si trova nella parte sud-ovest dell'isola di Korčula. L'isola di Korčula si trova nella Dalmazia meridionale. Quest'isola lunga 46 chilometri con 182 chilometri di costa con molte baie è la sesta isola adriatica più grande. La popolazione (circa 16.000) è la seconda isola più grande dell'Adriatico. L'isola ha un clima mediterraneo mite con una media di oltre 2700 ore di sole all'anno, rendendola la regione più soleggiata della Croazia. Quindi puoi goderti il bel tempo e il mare caldo per la maggior parte dell'anno. La temperatura media estiva è di 26,9°C, la temperatura dell'acqua è di 25°C. Korčula è anche una delle isole più densamente boscose dell'Adriatico.
La città di Korčula è una delle città medievali meglio conservate nel Mediterraneo, con mura cittadine risalenti al XIII, XIV e XV secolo, costruite attorno alla città vecchia. La città è menzionata già nel X secolo (Costantino Porfirogenito). La regolarità del loro schema è unica nel Mediterraneo. Il famoso navigatore e mercante Marco Polo è nato a Korčula nel 1254. Nella città ci sono numerosi luoghi storici (cattedrale, mura cittadine con torri, municipio, luogo di nascita di Marco Polo e altri).
Vela Luka è la città più grande dell'isola a 8 km dalla villa (villaggio Nova). La città ha molti negozi, un centro commerciale, numerosi ristoranti con una ricca offerta di specialità mediterranee e vini locali famosi in tutto il mondo. Durante l'estate ci sono molti eventi culturali e di intrattenimento. Sulla collina sopra Vela Luka si trova Vela spilja, un noto sito archeologico dell'età della pietra, le cui scoperte sono visibili nel museo locale. Blato è la città più vicina (9 km da Nova) con una storia e un'architettura interessanti, in cui si trova il luogo sacro di Santa Maria di Gesù.

Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage, mit direktem Meerzugang. Man hat alles was man braucht im Apartment. Auch tolle Außenanlage. Schöner Garten mit Pool zum Entspannen. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns mit Obst und gutem Wein verwöhnt haben. Ein kleines Manko: der 1. Stock ist nur vom Außen zugänglich. Trotzdem 100% Weiterempfehlung .

A fantastic house to discover Korcula from, and relax amid beautiful scenery. Nadija and her husband are great hosts, very responsive, easy and full of recommendations. The combination of the sundecks on the terraces by the sea (20m down from home) and the swimming pool is perfect. Although there is no shop or restaurant within walking distance, there is a konoba 5 minutes drive away that is quite fine. Excellent wineries all over the island, we've enjoyed particularly the so called Grk white wine (from Lumbarda).

We had a wonderful stay in Nadija’s house which is in the most beautiful location on Korcula. The house is comfortable and well equipped and we appreciated the special touches such as the drinks and fruit on our arrival. The swimming pool and terraces are the most lovely places to sit and relax and we made the most of the easy access to the sea (straight from the garden) by swimming frequently (wonderful at any time of the day!). The sea is 20 metres from the garden and the house comes with its its own mooring point. Would recommend visiting beautiful Korcula town (other end of the island) & Vela Luka (close by). Ferries run from Vela Luka to Split (worth booking early in high season). Nadija and her husband were very helpful and happy to help with any questions and information about local sights, food shopping, boat hire. We had a fantastic stay.

Wonderful quiet location, 15 mins drive from Vela Luka. Nadija and Peter made us so welcome, thank you. The island is scenic and beautiful and Korcula town well worth a visit. Would thoroughly recommend but car hire fairly essential, but easy to arrange through agencies in Vela Luka. We hope to return!

Une semaine passée à 8 ( 2 couples et 4 ados), maison très bien située face à la mer . Fonctionnelle mis à part que l étage et le rez de chaussée ne communiquent pas . Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles . Un vrai petit paradis sur une île magnifique . La semaine fut trop courte pour tous les 8!

First off the grounds are exceptionally beautiful . Beautiful green gardens, a pool ,nice little patios to eat and relax in and of course your own access to a beach and dock. The house actually consists of two separate units that connect by a walk way at the side of the house so if you are travelling with small children an adult will have to stay in the upper unit and one in the lower unit. The hosts were very hospitable and the place was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. I would highly recommend this place if your goal is too relax and swim. Vela Luka is also only 14 minutes away if you want to go out for dinner or drinks.

Nadija and her husband were amazing hosts ! After a little issue with our ferry, they picked us up in a different place than planned and ensured we arrived at the villa in the right time. Also, they showed us around which was very kind of them, we could not have imagined better hosts. The villa itself is located in a remote village which is very peaceful, to go to the nearest city with supermarkets and bars, you'll need to do a 10 minutes ride. The villa has everything you need, from a great kitchen to a perfect pool and a direct access to the sea.

Fantastic hosts, very attentive and supportive. Went out out of their way to help when our daughter had ear issues, Nadija took us to the medical centre and ensured everything went smoothly. Korcula is beautiful, the house is brilliant, it's special having the sea at the end of the garden. The pool was the perfect temperature, you can cool off but it's warm enough to float around. Vela Luca is a short drive away and has everything you need. Just pack mosquito repellent...

The location of the house is great. Large pool and direct access to the sea. Nadja and her husband where extremely helpful, both before and during our stay. Korcula is very nice and not that many tourists even in July. We got tips from Nadja to a boat rental firm and they even delivered jetskiis and a boat directly to our house. We Highly recommend this house if you are looking for a peaceful vacation away from the large crowds.

Nadija’s house is beautiful with stunning views. Our children loved the pool and swimming in the sea and we enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful outdoor spaces and admiring the views. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. It was perfect. Nadija and her husband were so kind, responsive and helpful. They gave us great advice on where to go locally and even dropped off some wonderful fresh fish to grill. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this villa highly. Thank you!!

Great place to stay, beautifully located about 20 min drive away from Vela Luka, in a rural area directly at a rocky coastline with turquoise water. Very secluded and not touristic area, only about 10-20 holiday houses around with enough space. Very kind hosts who gave us a warm welcome. The house has two floors, on the upper floor are two bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a very nice balcony, the lower floor has a big kitchen, two bedrooms and also a modern bathroom. Inside, there are no stairs to connect both floors, you have to walk around the house to get to the other floor. Complicated for some, more privacy for others. The pool area is a very nice place to relax. Be sure to bring enough mosquito protection because they, too, love the pool area. There is also a fireplace for barbecueing. Definite recommenndation! We hope to come back!

Dream villa, heavenly location, wonderful experience
This was one of those rental experiences which exceeded our high expectations. The location is even more stunning than hoped for – the view across the sparkling blue pool to the crystal azure waters at the end of the garden were just breath-taking. Sunset drinks on the upper terrace were a highlight. To be able to plunge into the Adriatic Sea from our very own piece of coastline was the ultimate luxury. The villa is beautifully appointed with every comfort. We quickly got used to the top floor having a separate entrance from the main floor, and in fact it was nice to have a completely distinct area to relax and play pool in. We enjoyed long al fresco lunches and dinners in the tree-shaded outdoor dining area – there’s a barbeque with everything you need for a lovely grill, or a well-equipped kitchen to make meal preparation easy. Nadija, her husband and son looked after us with such care and generosity – from the very first communication, to the conclusion of our stay, the whole experience was easy and friendly. Vela Luka, a short drive away through the olive groves, is a charming seaside town with everything you need from shops and supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and lots of options for activities. We highly recommend taking the ferry/water taxi to Proizd Island for a day of spectacular swimming, a relaxing lunch, postcard-perfect pebble beaches. This slice of heaven is highly recommended and I hope we’ll be able to return some day for another blissful holiday. Thank you Nadija!

Maison splendide dans laquelle nous venons de passer une semaine avec des amis et nos enfants : Piscine, plage privée, maison isolée.....tout était parfait. S'il fallait juste dire quelque chose ce serait que les cigales sont trop bruyantes, le soleil trop chaud, la mer trop transparente, la maison trop propre, le billard avec trop de boules

Dom Nadiji jest wspaniały! Przepięknie położony z widokiem na morze. Dookoła dużo zieleni, która sprawia, że czuliśmy się bardzo dyskretnie. Dom posiada klimatyzację w każdym pomieszczeniu. Kuchnia jest świetnie wyposażona w dosłownie wszystkie urządzenia jakie są potrzebne. Wszystko wygląda dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach a nawet lepiej. Basen czyściutki, duża ilość leżaków, wspaniała altana przy basenie, w której można schronić się przed słońcem. Idealne miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi. Nadija i jej mąż są doskonałymi bardzo gościnnymi i dyskretnymi gospodarzami. Mam nadzieję, że jeszcze tam wrócimy.

With Nadija and her husband as a great host we felt us very welcome to this fantastic villa just by the sea. Our stay was perfect with both access to the pool for the kids and the sea just some meters away. The house was perfect for us with 2 families. We had one floor for each family, sharing the kitchen in the bottom floor. The top floor didn't have a connection in the house so you had to walk outside to reach the rest of the villa and garden. The surroundings where very quite since it was just a small village on the countryside. This is probably Croatia from the best side.
